A very attractive bird's eye view map of Steenvoorde, France, a town not far from Dunkirk.  When created, this town was part of the Low Countries.  The map nicely details streets and important buildings.  A nice legend is in the lower right.  Likely from Atlas -- Novum Ac Magnum Theatrum Urbium Belgicae.
